Nancy started in Real Estate in as Secretary for a small Annapolis Real Estate Broker. When he retired she went to work for his successor, a multiple-office Realty firm. She worked out of their main office and two branch offices as Administrative Assistant, while also helping to train new assistants at the brokerage’s different branches. In 1979 Nancy went to work as Administrative Assistant for Sy Bishop & Co., Inc., Realtors® in Annapolis. Nancy obtained her Maryland Real Estate license in 1984 and was Office Manager for Sy Bishop & Co., Inc. until late1990, when Prudential Carruthers Realty bought the firm. Some of her duties as Office Manager included new agent training, writing advertisements and dealing with ad deadlines, and contract and listing review and oversight for the agents in the office. In 1991 Nancy worked as Personal Assistant for the top producer of Prudential’s Annapolis office, and in 1992 “retired” to become a stay-at-home Mom. She spent the next 15 years as Office Manager for her husband’s building business, working out of their home and raising their son. During that time she maintained her Real Estate license with Prudential Carruthers Referral, and worked closely with the Realtors® who represented her husband and his home-building business in the buying and selling of real estate.

In 2008 Nancy became a full-service Real Estate Agent and Realtor® associated with Brenton & Clark Realty in Wye Mills, Maryland. Also in 2008 Nancy completed Freddie Mac’s CreditSmart® Instructor training curriculum and earned a Workforce Housing Certification (WHC) from the Maryland Association of Realtors.

She is active in Boy Scout Troop 495 where her son is an Eagle Scout, and is a founding member of the Broad Investment Group. Nancy’s professionalism, persistence and attention to detail serve her clients, both buyers and sellers, well.

Prior to entering Real Estate Ginger worked in the Mortgage Department at Severn Savings Bank in Annapolis for 18 years, leaving to spend more time with her growing family.

A native of Queen Anne's County, Ginger grew up on Kent Island and now makes her home in Centreville with husband Vency Dilley and their three sons Eric, Tyler and Bryan.  In her spare time Ginger can be found cheering on her sons at their lacrosse and soccer games, or planting her Spring garden.

Tom and his wife Penny live in the Queenstown area.  Tom believes real estate is one of the most exciting investments one can make, and that buying or selling should be a fun and rewarding experience. Tom’s goal is to provide you with superior service at all times.  He is also a licensed fishing boat Captain and looks forward to taking his clients on a cruise or fishing trip after settlement!
