Nancy Koval moved from Anne Arundel County to Kent Island in 1986, where she still lives with her husband Mike and son Andrew. Nancy has worked in Real Estate since 1971 in many capacities, from Secretary to Administrative Assistant to Trainer, Personal Assistant and Office Manager. Nancy obtained her Maryland Real Estate license in 1984 and was Office Manager for Sy Bishop & Co., Inc. until late 1990, when she became Personal Assistant for the top producer of Prudential’s Annapolis office, and in 1992 “retired” to become a stay-at-home Mom. She spent the next 15 years as Office Manager for her husband’s building business, working out of their home and raising their son. During that time she maintained her Real Estate license with Prudential Carruthers Referral, and worked closely with the Realtors® who represented her husband and his home-building business in the buying and selling of real estate.
In 2008 Nancy became a full-service Realtor® associated with Brenton & Clark Realty in Wye Mills, Maryland. Also in 2008 Nancy completed Freddie Mac’s CreditSmart® Instructor training curriculum and earned a Workforce Housing Certification (WHC) from the Maryland Association of Realtors.
Nancy’s professionalism, persistence and attention to detail serve her clients, both buyers and sellers, well.
